WICHITA FALLS, Texas -- Five different players scored in double figures as No. 14-ranked Midwestern State blasted Oklahoma Christian 99-66 for its fourth straight win Friday night at D.L. Ligon Coliseum.
The Mustangs head into finals break with a 7-1 record with a full head of stream, while OC dropped to 2-5 in its first season as a full member of NCAA Division II.
Bretson McNeal buried four 3-pointers on his way to a team-high 16 points while grabbing five rebounds and recordign three steals in just 19 minutes, but the senior guard from Minneapolis had plenty of teammates ready and willing to share the scoring load.

Jordan Stevens scored 13 points each, while junior guard
Sheldon Hagigal and senior forward
DeVaughn Jones pitched in 12 and 11 points, respectively, off of the bench.
The Mustangs blisted the nets at a 55.6-percent clip extending the lead to as many as 26 points in the opening half.
MSU continued the hot shooting the second half hitting on 51.4 percent of its shots to grow the lead to as many 38 points.
Midwestern is shooting 50.4 percent through the first eight games of the season which ranks second in the Lone Star Conference.
The Mustangs continue to lead the league in field goal percentage defense after holding Oklahoma Christian to a 37.7 percent shooting night.
MSU limited OC junior center John Moon to 6-of-15 shooting as he finished with 16 points and four rebounds. The 7-footer from Crescent, Okla. brought averages of 22.5 points and 10.5 rebounds into the contest.
Midwestern State takes on Southwestern Assemblies of God (Texas) next Saturday at D.L. Ligon Coliseum. Tipoff is set for 4 p.m.
