ON THE PITCH
Midwestern State looks to extend its regular season unbeaten streak to 10 matches Tuesday night against Oklahoma Christian at the MSU Soccer Field. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m.
 
SCOUTING THE EAGLES
- Oklahoma Christian hits the road for the first time this season.
- The Eagles broke into the scoring column in its fourth match of the season earning a 2-2 draw with Ouachita Baptist on Friday.
- OC was shut out in its first three outings of the campaign falling to Oklahoma City (4-0), Southern Nazarene (3-0) and Central Oklahoma (5-0).
- The Eagles are coming off of a 2-1 loss to Northwestern Oklahoma State Saturday in Edmond.
- Freshman midfielder Madeline Roseke, senior midfielder Rachel Bates and senior midfielder Estefania Bermudez lead OC with one goal each, while junior midfielder Alexis Farrell has been credited with two assists.
- Junior goalkeeper Lindsey Williams has permitted 16 goals in five starts for a 3.06 goals against average. She has registered 49 saves while facing 27.2 shots per game.
 
ABOUT THE SERIES
- Midwestern State meets Oklahoma Christian for the sixth time on the pitch Tuesday night at the MSU Soccer Field.
- The Mustangs have won each of the last five meetings between the teams last claiming a 3-0 win over the Eagles on Sept. 14, 2013 in Edmond.
- MSU has outscored the Eagles 17-3 all time in the series which dates back to the 1995 season.
 
ABOUT THE MUSTANGS
- Midwestern State rides a nine-match regular season unbeaten streak into Tuesday night's matchup with Oklahoma Christian. The Mustangs last regular season loss came by a 1-0 margin to Texas A&M-Commerce on Oct. 18, 2013.
- The Mustangs rank second in the LSC giving up 0.50 goals per game.
- Redshirt-freshman goalkeeper Courtney Burnette has posted three consecutive shutouts and hasn't permitted a goal in her last 321 minutes between the posts.
- Burnette leads the LSC with a 0.43 goals against average, shutouts (3) and save percentage (.946).
- Freshman forward Destinee Williamson notched her first collegiate goal in the closing minute of Sunday's 3-0 win at Southwestern Oklahoma State after recording her first career assists in the 50th minute.
- Sophomore forward Nicole Coetzer notched her second goal of the season off of a corner kick in the 50th minute Sunday at Southwestern Oklahoma State.
- Junior defender Alexandria Edwards knocked in her second career goal Sunday against Southwestern Oklahoma.
 
THE CLARKE ERA BEGINS
- Damian Clarke is in his eighth overall season as a head coach boasting the 11th best winning percentage amongst NCAA Division II coaches at 107-31-19 (.742).
- Clarke led Fort Lewis to NCAA playoff appearances in 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011 as the Skyhawks advanced to the Elite Eight in 2010.
- Clarke is a three-time NSCAA Central Region and RMAC Coach of the Year.
