- Eastern New Mexico rides a two-match winning streak into weekend play and has won four of its last five.
- The Zias ranked 10th in the latest NSCAA South Central Region rankings.
- Senior defender Victoria Perez leads the ENMU attack with four goals -- all tallied a three-game span from Sept. 16-26 including two against Texas A&M International and one each versus Southern Nazarene and Texas A&M-Commerce.

- The Mustangs own a slim 17-16-1 edge in the series which dates back to the 1996 season.

- Midwestern State extended its regular season unbeaten streak to 15 matches with a 1-1 draw against Texas Woman's Friday night before falling 2-1 to Texas A&M-Commerce in overtime on Sunday.
- The loss to Texas A&M-Commerce was the first regular season setback since falling 1-0 to the same Lions' squad on Oct. 18, 2013.
- Midwestern State's 10-match unbeaten run from the start of the season was the longest since the Mustangs started the 2009 season on a 9-0-2 run.
- MSU's 1-1 draw with Texas Woman's was the team's fifth of the season to match the most in program history originally set in 2004 (12-4-5).

Lizzie Navarette (McKinney, Texas / McKinney HS) scored her first goal of the season in the 51st minute Friday night against Texas Woman's. It was her first tally since scoring the game winner against Rogers State (Okla.) on Sept. 22, 2013.

Morgan Hannon (Midland, Texas / Midland HS) struck for her second goal of the season as a result of a penalty kick in the 56th minute Sunday against Texas A&M-Commerce.

Courtney Burnette (Irving, Texas / MacArthur HS) leads NCAA Division II in goalkeeper minutes played with 1,097:54 while ranking 12th in save percentage (.904) and 18th in total saves (66).

THE CLARKE ERA BEGINS

Damian Clarke is in his eighth overall season as a head coach boasting the 11th best winning percentage amongst NCAA Division II coaches at 111-32-21 (.741).
- Clarke led Fort Lewis to NCAA playoff appearances in 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2013 as the Skyhawks advanced to the Elite Eight in 2010.
- Clarke is a three-time NSCAA Central Region and RMAC Coach of the Year.
