WICHITA FALLS, Texas -- Midwestern State used a balanced attack to rout Eastern New Mexico 25-21, 25-15, 25-15 in Lone Star Conference play Friday night at D.L. Ligon Coliseum.
The Mustangs delivered their second-best attack night of the season as six different players put down at least four kills to finish with a team attack percentage of .234. It's just the fourth time this season MSU has hit .200 or better.
Junior outside hitter
Hunter Porter notched a team-high seven kills, but junior

Angel Summers pitched six kills of their own.
Sophomore setter
Sarah Rosinke dumped five more kills and notched 23 set assists while masterfully directing the MSU attack.

Sarah Garfield added four kills while leading the Mustangs' strong play at the net with five total blocks. Freshman
Addison Semer pitched in four kills and four total blocks as MSU notched eight total team blocks.
Midwestern took control of the opening set by claiming four of the last five points of the stanza keyed by consecutive ENMU ball handling errors and a service error to give the Mustangs the early advantage.
MSU raced out to a 21-10 lead in the second set while blitzing the ball at a .448 clip with 14 total kills with one attack error in 29 attempts.
The Mustangs broke open the third set with a 6-1 run keyed by senior libero
Casey Fletcher's serving spree fueled three consecutive attack errors by the Zias.
Sophomore
Madelyn Johnson led back row play with 13 digs, while Marzik added 12.
Midwestern State takes on West Texas A&M Saturday afternoon at D.L. Ligon Coliseum. First serve is set for 2 p.m.
