Midwestern State closes out its 2012 campaign with a pair of home matches this week at D.L. Ligon Coliseum.
The Mustangs renew the Red River Rivalry Tuesday night against Cameron before taking on Abilene Christian on Saturday. First serve for both matches is set for 7 p.m.

MUSTANGS OUT OF POSTSEASON CONTENTION: The Mustangs are officially eliminated from LSC Postseason Tournament consideration and will miss the postseason for the first time since 2006. MSU has qualified for the LSC postseason tournament six times in
Venera Flores-Stafford's nine seasons at the helm of the program after failing to advance to the tournament in its first eight seasons of LSC play.
SWEEPS STORY OF YEAR: The Mustangs claimed their second sweep of the season in Friday's win over Eastern New Mexico and are 2-14 in three-set matches this season. MSU is 3-7 in four-set matches this season and 1-1 in five-set affairs.
STEWART STRIKES 1,000: Senior outside hitter
Shelbi Stewart became the seventh player in program history to amass, 1,000 kills on her first kill Saturday against West Texas A&M.
Stewart ranks fifth on MSU's all-time kills list with 1,010 and needs four to pass
Joni Martin, who had 1,013 from 2000-03.
WALLACE TURNS IN STELLAR WEEK: Wallace averaged 3.67 kills and 1.17 blocks per set while hitting a solid .348 to lead Midwestern State to a split of home matches against Eastern New Mexico and West Texas A&M last weekend at D.L. Ligon Coliseum. The junior middle blocker from Amarillo notched 12 kills with just three errors to hit .450 in Friday's 3-0 win over Eastern New Mexico to go along with six digs and three blocks.
Wallace then battled to slam down 10 kills with just three errors to hit .269 against 11th-ranked West Texas A&M.
MSU IN LSC LEADERS: Junior middle blocker
Caitlin Wallace ranks 13th in the LSC with a .247 attack percentage while teammate
Shelbi Stewart is 17th at .232. Stewart jumped to 17th in the LSC with 2.67 kills per set and 20th with 2.97 points per set. Sophomore setter
Kristan Aduddell rates fourth in the LSC with 0.31 service aces per set and is 10th with 5.88 set assists per set. Sophomore libero
Casey Fletcher ranks ninth in the Lone Star Conference with 3.95 digs per set.
