STEPHENVILLE, Texas – The Midwestern State University women's tennis fell to Tarleton State 5-4 in Lone Star Conference play Wednesday afternoon at the Potishman-Lard Tennis Courts.

The Mustangs notched two doubles wins as No. 1 Michelle Beukes and Brenna Jackson and No. 3 Cilia Muller and Jessica Oddorizzi claimed victories.

Jackson and Mueller provided the only singles wins while playing at No. 3 and 5, respectively.

MSU is now 1-1 against Division II competition this spring and 0-1 in conference.
