national qualifier in both XC and track ... became program's ninth All-American after finishing seventh in the marathon at nationals (3:23:35) ... set PR of 18:36 at SAC XC Championship ... accounted for 16 top 10 finishes between track and cross country, including wins in the 1500 and 800...

Freshman (2014-15)

had SGU's top time in all four XC meets ... season-best 5K time of 19:14 (18th) at the Sooner Athletic Conference Championship ... top 800 time of 2:21.54 and top 1500 time of 4:51.06...
