earned Academic All-State accolades following senior season in track as a senior in 2021... finished fourth in the 300-meter hurdles and high jump at Region I-4A Championships... posted top marks of 5-2 in high jump and 47.86 in 300-meter hurdles on the Wichita Falls Times Record News Track Honor Roll... earned UIL Texas All-Region I-4A honors as a junior in 2020... regional qualifier in the high jump, 300-meter hurdles and 4x200-meter relay as a junior... finished as district individual runner-up in cross country to lead Lions to a district team title... also qualified for regionals in cross country... member of the National Honor Society and A Honor Roll at VHS...

At Benjamin High School

earned UIL Texas Class A All-State honors as a sophomore in 2019... claimed silver medal in the 400-meter dash at UIL Class State meet with a time of 59.15... placed fifth in the 4x400-meter relay and seventh in the 4x200-meter relay... helped BHS to a regional championship and a fourth-place finish at the UIL Class A State Cross Country meet by finishing 25th with a two-mile time of 12:57.07... a UIL Texas Class A All-State performer in track and cross country as a freshman in 2018... finished seventh in high jump (4-10) at UIL Class A State meet... finished fifth in the 4x200-meter relay and seventh in 4x400-meter relay at state meet running with sisters Myca and Temi... claimed individual cross country district championship... finished 20th at the UIL Class A State Championship finishing the two-mile course in 12:54.05...

Personal

daughter of Tim Flowers and Mindy Myers... adds to great family legacy at MSU... mother, Mindy Myers, is a member of the Midwestern State Athletics Hall of Honor helping the Lady Indians to two NAIA National Tournament appearances as a four-year letterwinner from 1991-94... cousins, Drew and Jordan Coffman, helped the Mustangs to an LSC title and a South Central Region semifinalist showing in 2006-07... her mother and four aunts are Midwestern State alumni...
