At Midwestern State

Junior (2008)

  • became Midwestern State first cross country All-American with a 17th place finish at the 2008 NCAA Division II Championships on Nov. 22, 2008 in Slippery Rock, Pa. with a 6K time of 22:21.
  • joined Lindsey Pate and Kayla Hendrix as MSU's first all-conference performers as the trio pace the Mustangs to their first meet victory and first Lone Star Conference Championship on Oct. 25, 2008 in Kingsville, Texas where she completed the 6K course in 22:35 good for a fourth-place finish.
  • joined Pate and Hendrix once again as the program's first All-South Central Region performers and set a school 6K record with a time of 21:46.8 at the NCAA Division II South Central Regionals on Nov. 8, 2008 in San Antonio with a sixth-place individual effort.
  • ran 5K personal season best of 18:54.6 for a 38th place finish at the Missouri Southern Stampede on Sep. 20, 2008.
  • finished 11th with a 5K time of 19:33 at the Oklahoma State Cowboy Jamboree on Oct. 4, 2008 in Stillwater.

At the University of Alabama-Birmingham

2007-08

  • competed on the track team and finished fifth in the 10K and ninth in the 5K at 2007 Conference USA Track meet.
  • recorded collegiate-best personal times of 4:53 in the 1,500-meter run, 5:15 in the mile run, 17:53 in the 5,000-meter run and 37:06 in the 10,000-meter run.
  • did not compete in cross country.

2006-07

  • earned All-Conference USA honors after finishing ninth at the 2006 C-USA Championship when she helped UAB to a conference title.
  • placed 38th at NCAA Division I Regional Championship.
  • ninth at Great American Cross Country Festival in Hoover, Ala.

2005-06

  • competed in six meets.
  • best finish came at 5,000-meter Evansville Invitational, as she finished 12 overall with a time of 18:38.68.
  • started season with a 15:56.37 in the 4K Belmont Invitational, placing 43rd overall.
  • ran a 24:05.05 in the 6K NCAA Division I South Regional.

At Parkland (Pa.) High School

  • four-time Pennsylvania State Championship qualifier.
  • finished 39th at the 2004 Pennsylvania State Championships, helping her team finish second overall.
  • helped Parkland High win the 2004 League Championships and rank seventh in the Northeast.
  • finished eight overall at the District Championships in 2004 and was third in the League Championships.
  • was named a League All Star by area coaches in 2002, 2003 and 2004.
  • named team captain for the 2004 season.
  • a two-time ASD 2-mile champion.
  • recorded top prep times of 5:17 in the mile, 11:30 in the 2-mile run and 18:40 in the 5K.
  • member of the National Honor Society.
