Lauren LaFlamme

Lauren LaFlamme begins her first season as the second assistant coach at Midwestern State after enjoying a productive career at the University of Tennessee.
 
The four-year letter winner was a member of the Lady Vols' Southeastern Conference championship team in 2004 as Tennessee advanced to the NCAA postseason four times during her tenure on Rocky Top including a national semifinalist showing in 2005.
 
LaFlamme was highly noted for her leadership during her time with the Volunteers.
 
She was presented with the Big Orange Award in 2006 which stands as the Vol Scholar Award of High Character as she demonstrated spirit, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude while supporting and encouraging her teammates and the entire Tennessee athletic program.
 
LaFlamme served as team captain in each of her junior and senior seasons and was named most inspirational by her teammates in each of those seasons.
 
She completed her undergrad studies with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology in the spring of 2009.
