attended Universidad EAFIT in Medellin, Colombia... enjoyed stellar junior golf campaign in 2016 while working with MSU golf alum Antonio Herran... claimed individual wins at the Abierto de Golf Club el Rodeo in July 2016 and the Abierto de Golf Club Campestre de Medellin in August 2016 before winning the Gira Occidental de Golf in September... also claimed a pro-am victory playing alongside PGA Latino America and former BYU standout Oscar Alvarez at the Torne Aniversario de Golf in October 2016...
