Midwestern State travels north of the Red River to visit Cameron on Thursday evening at 5:30 p.m. and returns home for a rematch with Oklahoma Christian at D.L. Ligon Coliseum. Tipoff on Saturday afternoon is scheduled for 1 p.m.

Midwestern State (4-11, 1-8) seeks to end its six-game losing streak following a 66-55 loss at No. 3-ranked Texas Woman's last Thursday.

Veonce Powell scored a season-high 14 points on 5-of-11 shooting from the field and was 4 for 4 from the free-throw line at TWU. As a team, the Mustangs hit 17 of 18 free throws against the Pioneers. Ta'Leeyah Glynn hit all six of her free throws and finished with 13 points for the Mustangs, who shot 31.5 percent (17 of 54) from the field and 23.5 percent (4 of 17) from 3-point range. MSU was outrebounded 49-34.
