Midwestern State returns home from a four-game road trip and hosts Eastern New Mexico on Thursday night. The Greyhounds won the first meeting in Portales, 65-61, but Zarria Carter scored 27 points and grabbed nine rebounds for the Mustangs. Carter has 10 double-doubles this season, including two on the recent road trip. Western New Mexico visits Midwestern State on Saturday for the Ovarian Cancer Awareness Game. Midwestern State will honor the memory of former head coach Noel Johnson and teal ribbons will be given to fans as they enter D.L. Ligon Coliseum. The Mustangs won their first meetings with WNMU, 73-61, as Carter scored 25 points and grabbed 16 rebounds.
