Midwestern State is in the midst of a 10-day stretch between games after hosting No. 13-ranked Oklahoma Christian at Mustangs Park last week. MSU takes a trip to the Metroplex on Sunday for its first-ever encounter with UT Dallas. The Mustangs are battling through some injuries to key personnel but looking for the bright spots in a building year for their first-year head coach. The team is celebrating small victories over the course of their 2026 journey, which has not gone as planned, but that's allowed the girls to learn some valuable life lessons through softball.
