Midwestern State reached the LSC Men's Soccer Championship final for the seventh consecutive year and seeks to lift the trophy at the end of the tournament for the fifth straight year. 

The Mustangs are the No. 1 seed in the tournament and defeated UT Tyler in the semifinals, 2-0, after Cooper Tea and Cristopher Guevara scored goals in a 36 second span of the second half.

Midwestern State hosts Lubbock Christian at noon on Saturday, and the winner receives an automatic berth in the NCAA Division II Men's Soccer Championship.
