MSU Women's Soccer College Prep ID Camp -- April 28-29, 2012 |
The Lone Star Conference champion Midwestern State University women's soccer team is pleased to announce its inaugural College Prep Combine. Head Coach Jeff Trimble would like to extend an invitation to all high school and club players to take advantage of a rare opportunity to improve skills and knowledge of the game under the direction of college coaches. Coaches from Midwestern State, Central Oklahoma, Hardin-Simmons and Tyler Junior College will be participating in this year's combine. The combine will be held on the campus of Midwestern State University.

10th Annual 7-on-7 "Let It Fly" Passing Championship -- May 19, 2012 |
The "Let It Fly" Passing Championship is a 7-on-7 passing camp. Football teams wil be placed in groups and play three games in a round robin format. The records from league play will determine seeding for a single elimination tournament. Teams will advance in the tournament bracket until a champion is crowned. The event will take place at the MSU practice fields beginning at 11 a.m. on May 19. It is limited to the first 16 teams to register. Teams will receive up to 16 t-shirts for the tournament.

2012 MSU Mustangs Junior Tennis Camps -- May 28-June 1, June 11-15, July 2-6, July 16-20 |
The MSU Summer Tennis Camps run for four consecutive weeks beginning May 28th at the MSU Tennis Center. Each week begins a new camp from Monday through Friday (8:30am-12:00pm). The format of the camps will begin with on-court evaluation of Monday. There will be three hours of drills, two hours of match play plus feedback and one hour of roundtable discussion from Monday through Thursday. The camp concludes with match play on Friday morning. Registration deadline is the Monday prior to the start of each camp.

Doug Elder's 2012 MSU Boys Soccer Camp -- June 4-8, 2012 |
The MSU Soccer Camp provides a great environment for learning the skills, techniques and tactics of the world's most popular sport. We will provide quality, enthusiastic coaches who have all played and have an extensive background in the game of soccer. The camp not only teaches the components of soccer but also provides a fun, educational soccer environment, which helps the camper develop a love for playing.

2012 Girls Soccer Camp Hosted by Midwestern State University -- June 4-8, 11-15, 2012 |
Jeff Trimble will begin his 19th year with the MSU soccer program this fall. The 2010 NSCAA South Central Region Coach of the Year also coaches for a local club team and is very involved in youth soccer. He will be joined by local high school and club coaches as well as current Midwestern women's soccer players. In the half-day camp (Ages 5-8), we develop individual technique and love for the game. Fundamentals of soccer are learned during repetitive skills sessions. Small sided and full field games give players the ability to practice what they have learned in game-like situations. In the full-day camp (Ages 8-13), tactical aspects of the game are stressed. Technical work under pressure, proper technique and decision making are all taught during station work and game situations.

Midwestern State University Mustangs Softball Day Camp -- June 11-13, 2012 |
The Midwestern State Mustangs Softball Day Camp is designed to give athletes the opportunity to improve fundamental offensive and defensive skills. Pitching and catching techniques will also be demonstrated and practiced. Athletes will not only work with the MSU coaching staff but will also have the opportunity to meet and learn from current and former MSU players.

2012 Bill Maskill's Football Camp at Midwestern State University -- June 14-16, 2012 |
The 2012 Bill Maskill's Football Camp will provide you with the finest individual football instruction. An outstanding staff of highly qualified, experienced high school and college coaches will instruct the athletes in all phases of their individual position. Techniques and drills will be stressed. Campers will be divided into age groups. This is a camp of of fundamentals.

Midwestern State Women's Basketball Mustangs Skills Camp -- June 18-21, 2012 |
The Midwestern State Women's Basketball Skills Camp emphasizes solid fundamental offensive basketball skills taught using the newest techniques. Campers will learn ball handling techniques, alternative moves to the basket shooting with confidence, precision passing, getting open, court movement and spacing. Each will receive a camp basketball and t-shirt.

The 2012 Bill Maskil's Senior Elite Camp includes individual testing, instructional drills by position and information on academics and recruiting rules. The Midwestern State football coaching staff will provide on-field instruction. Parents are wecome at the camp.

This summer marks the second year of the Elite College Soccer ID Camp at Midwestern State. Featuring the MSU men's soccer coaching staff, the three-day event is geared for advanced player development and exposure to what it's like to compete at the college level. In addition to college coaches (NCAA and NAIA), several MSU players will be employed by the combine for demonstration purposes.

2012 MSU Mustangs Prospect Camp -- July 13-14, 2012 |
Focused skill instruction and evaluation for serious high school athletes with aspirations to play college basketball. MSU Head Coach Nelson Haggerty and staff will evaluate, critique, instruct and improve the athlete's skills and abilities as well as expose the athlete to college level practice drills, situations and teaching points.
