Trish Young (1990-92) used her all-around ability as one of the most prolific scoring threats in Midwestern State women's basketball history.

The transfer from Ranger Junior College earned NAIA honorable mention All-America status during her junior season of 1990-91, but paced the Lady Indians to back-to-back advancements to the NAIA District 8 finals finals.

The Burkburnett High School product graduated as the school's top scorer among two-year transfers, topped the overall 3-point list with 111 and was second amongst all-time steals leaders with 214.

A success in the classroom, Young gained NAIA Academic All-District 8 honors following her senior season of 1991-92.
