Dee Wood (1987-91) twice garnered All-America honors while helping Midwestern State to the NAIA District 8 playoffs in each of her four collegiate seasons.

The Fort Worth native became the fifth member of MSU women's basketball's 1,000-Point Club and finished her creer with 1,255 points and graduated fourth on the program's all-time assists list with 222.

The Richland High School product was the 1989-90 District 8 Player of the Year and a two-time first-team district performer.
