Staley gains Daktronics second-team All America honors

WICHITA FALLS, Texas - Midwestern State's Hanna Staley garnered Daktronics NCAA Division II Women's Soccer All-America second-team honors as released Wednesday afternoon.

The 2010 Lone Star Conference Defender of the Year played a key role in helping the Mustangs to their first regular season league championship in 13 season as MSU advanced to the NCAA Division II postseason for the first time in program history and a 16-4 record.

Staley, who returned to action in 2010 after missing a season due to injury, started 18 matches at center back and organized a defense that limited the opposition to a 0.75 goals against average including 10 shutouts.
